"Virtualities" is taking part in the 21st Madrid Experimental Cinema Week (18-25 November).

The Madrid Experimental Cinema Week springs into action each November, promoting cinematographic research and providing a great platform for  those who are devoted to the experimental field.

London Greek Film Festival

"Virtualities" is taking part in the 4th annual London Greek film Festival. 
"Virtualities" will be screened on Friday, October 21st, 7:15PM at Westbourne Studios 
(242 Acklam Road, Notting Hill).

Romania International Film Festival

"Virtualities" is taking part in 7th Romania International Film Festival (Ro-iff), 
in the "Underground" section.


"Virtualities" will be screened in Cinema "Eforie" on October 1st, 19:30 
and on October 8th, 17:30.

13ο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου και Πολιτισμού Πάτρας

Το "Virtualities"  θα προβληθεί την Πέμπτη, 6 Οκτωβρίου, στις 20:00, στον κινηματογράφο "Ιντεάλ", στα πλαίσια του 13ου Διεθνούς Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου της Πάτρας.

Το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου και Πολιτισμού Πάτρας συνεχίζει φέτος την επί 13 χρόνια πορεία του, σταθερό στην φιλοσοφία να αποτελεί ενα πόλο έλξης Τέχνης και Πολιτισμού. Να στέκεται ως το πεδίο όπου δημιουργός, έργο και θεατής βρίσκονται σε συνεχή διάλογο. Να είναι ο παράγοντας που αναζητεί και προβάλλει το νέο, το καινούριο μέσα από το πρωτότυπο έργο τέχνης, το κινηματογραφικό έργο και όχι μόνο. Ένας φορέας τέχνης και πολιτισμού που επιβραβεύει την κινητοποίηση της ελεύθερης έκφρασης και του πνευματικού διαλόγου παράλληλα με την έξοδο απο την πνευματική αδράνεια και την εξατομίκευση.

EXiS Festival

"Virtualities" is taking part in 8th Experimental Film&Video festival (EXiS) which is
taking place in Seoul, Korea (1-7 September)

EXiS, Experimental Film and Video Festival in Seoul, has achieved an outstanding position as one of the leading film/video festivals in Asian countries. It is dedicated to only avant-garde cinema, open to all possibilities given by cinematic experiences. Its main focus is to solidify experimental filmmaking communities in Korea and encourage academic approach to the surrounding culture. In 2009, EXiS held "Asia Forum", the first gathering of Asian experimental film and video making artists, curators and other members of the community. It cooperates with scholars from university insitutions, fields of fine arts and experimental musicians. EXiS, as an experimental film and video festival in Seoul, is trying to bring positive influence to the experimental filmmaking community and furthermore, expand its ideas and practices.

Athens (Ohio) International Film+Video Festival

"Virtualities" will be part of 2011 Athens International Film+Video Festival,
 in the experimental shorts competition category.

About the Festival:

The Athens International Film and Video Festival was founded in 1974, and since then has presented independent films from around the world. The Festival is sponsored by the Athens Center for Film and Video, a project of the College of Fine Arts at Ohio University.  

Each year, a Prescreening Committee comprised of artists, students, and community activists watch all the films and videos entered in the competition.
After all entries have been watched, the prescreeners vote on which films to include in public screenings. A majority (if not unanimous!) vote is required to include a work in the Festival.

Athens International Film+Video Festival is one of the few Academy Award-qualifying festivals for short films.

"Virtualities" is included in "Experimental Landscapes Part I"
